 Basic Home Energy Assessment

A thorough analysis of the house to determine areas where energy (and money) is being lost. Including:

• Insulation amounts (or lack thereof)

• Integrity and performance of the HVAC systems and ductwork

• Overheating from windows

• Water and electrical usage

• Air leaks in the walls, doors and windows

This report will show you problems that, when corrected, may save you significant amounts of money over time. You’ll receive a written report with suggestions for improvements. This service can be added on to a standard inspection, or it can be performed as a stand-alone service.

Premium Home Energy Assessment

The Premium report will show you how much energy your home consumes and evaluate what measures you can take to make your home more efficient. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we will calculate the air changes per hour in your house and determine how much air is leaking from its thermal envelope, causing higher bills. You'll receive our calculations and a written report with suggestions for improvements.
