About the position.
Green Scene Home Inspections is looking for a part-time Scheduling and Logistics Administrative Liaison.
The Administrative Operations Liaison is responsible for providing supporting activities for the Business Manager and Inspector Team, including but not necessarily limited to:
• Providing part-time backup support for the Green Scene office (ACC) and Operations team, with possibility of shifting to full-time if expansion of the position is needed:

Tuesday-Thursday mid-afternoon to evening checking of the daily Inspector Schedules, ISN and Hangouts (cross-over time with Operations management mid-afternoon to early evening for updating current status/needs, etc).

Friday and Saturday periodic check-ins throughout the day for Saturday and Monday scheduling with cross-over check-in with Operations Management before Sunday.

Monitoring Call Center/Office follow up with current quote requests and providing additional quotes and scheduling assistance for clients, agents, inspectors.

Verifying scheduled inspections and shifting as necessary (vacant, attending, services – who’s assigned, driving distances).

Daily phone and text support for inspectors in the field - help with unexpected factors, emergencies, changes in the moment

Monitoring multiple email addresses and other request avenues for incoming quote requests outside the Call Center (ACC), property access instructions, questions from office, GSHI internal requests, inspector needs.

Monitoring and sending client/agent/inspector text messages.

Participating in team meetings to interface with all departments and help with business
development when requested. -
Day-before-inspection texts or calls to clients/agents for missing information (attendance, access etc.).

Traits Needed for this position:

Technology-savvy, computer literate, able to work on multi software platforms

Familiar with Microsoft Office programs

Good electronic communication skills, patience

Quick learner (new software, knowledge of real estate transactions)

Detailed-oriented, proofreader, thorough - keeping up data entry and call logs

Ability to work from home or virtual office

Have Smart Phone and portable computer, reliable WiFi

Skill in math and English (Spanish would be a plus)

Available to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends)

Good at problem-solving, conflict resolution, figuring out puzzles and being creative

Once full-time, Includes health insurance and paid time off after 1 year of employment

Tuesday - Saturday approximately 2:00pm-8:00pm. Off Sundays and Mondays, with periodic days-off swaps available for other time-off needed

Position requires a minimum employment commitment of 18 months and signing of our Non-Disclosure/Non-Solicitation Agreement.
