Green Scene Home Inspections wants to assure you we will continue to take precautions against the spread of the virus such as wearing a mask and hand sanitizer while we are inside homes and/or interacting with clients, Realtors, and other Vendors. The nature of our process – especially our video inspection summary - does not require that we have physical contact with anyone.  We will continue to follow CDC recommended health protocols. Our safety methods include:

• Encouraging our clients and their Realtors to take full advantage of our video summary and know that they don't have to be present at the inspection to understand and utilize their report. This does NOT mean that clients and Realtors must not attend the inspection, but we ask that all use common sense practices, especially if anyone has any concerns at all about exposure, illness, etc. 

• Reminding all that our Inspectors are always available by phone and email to clients and Realtors who have questions or concerns about their reports or videos.

• Wearing a mask while on site inspecting a home.

 

Green Scene understands that the nature of our business involves interacting with both people and surfaces in homes, and we are committed to taking all possible precautions. It continues to be an evolving situation and we'll update procedures as things change.
