Boyd Fowlkes

Boyd grew up in the very small but peaceful town of Valley Mills, TX. He has worked in residential construction all his life, from working as a grunt through high school to pay for his motorcycles, swinging a hammer to help pay for his education,  to being a project manager for his father’s 2nd generation construction company. While as a project manager, Boyd found respect and passion for the inspection process. It seemed meant to be, so he enrolled at AHIT to acquire his Texas Professional Inspector license. Boyd's favorite thing about being an inspector is that it keeps him engaged 100% of the time he's working. "A three-hour inspection will seem like 30 minutes while I’m focused on doing what I do best."

Boyd is new to the Austin metroplex and currently resides in Lakeway, TX. He considers himself an avid outdoorsman with a passion for the mountains. He spends his free time doing landscape photography, hunting, fishing, exercising,  and trail riding on his dirt bike.
